Taylor Morgan aims to satisfy all customer orders even after the jewelry has been received. However, by nature, fine jewelry is very delicate and susceptible to damages. If you should incur the need for a repair on any Taylor Morgan jewelry, please contact us and we will happily repair your item at no charge, if the breakage is deemed a manufacturer defect, within 120 days of receipt of purchase.
Repairs needed on items after 120 days, or if damage is deemed a non-manufacturer defect, will be charged at the customer's expense.
Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased on ShopTaylorMorgan.com and shipped to a United States address may be returned to Taylor Morgan for return or exchange within seven (7) days from when the order is received. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and in original packaging.
Taylor Morgan does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or has the tags removed.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
